Treatment method of oil level increase in diesel generator set:

First pull out the oil gauge to check if the oil is too thin. If the oil level is found to be increased and very thin, we should further find the reason to see if there is water or fuel leakage and dilute the oil, causing too thin. Its inspection method is as follows:

(1)Take out the oil scale, drop a few drops of oil on the paper to observe the oil color and smell, such as oil yellow milk color, and no other smell, it is water into the crankcase, should check whether the cylinder pad is washed out, whether there are cracks in the cylinder water channel, wet cylinder liner and cylinder block between the rubber seal ring is installed correctly or damaged.

(2) If you smell the smell of fuel in the oil, you should start the engine to observe whether it is running well. If the exhaust pipe takes off black smoke after starting the diesel engine, you should check whether the needle valve of the injector is closed normally. If there is drip, it should be repaired.

(3) If the engine is short of power at the normal working temperature, it should check whether the plunger pair of the injection pump is leaking diesel (for the gasoline engine, it should check whether the gasoline pump pump skin is broken), whether the clearance between the piston, piston ring and the cylinder is too large, and replace or overhaul.

(4) After the above inspection and maintenance, the old oil must be released, and the lubricating oil system must be cleaned, and then the specified quantity of the appropriate brand of new oil must be re-added.

(5) When the diesel generator set is in use, there should be special guards to pay attention to the changes of the generator set at all times to prevent accidents.
