1. After the cold start of the diesel engine boom throttle: boom throttle then the diesel generator speed will rise sharply, will cause some friction surface on the machine due to dry friction and severe wear; And in the throttle when the piston, connecting rod and crankshaft acceptance force change, cause violent impact, easy to damage parts.

2. the diesel engine runs when the oil is insufficient: at this time, the oil supply will be insufficient due to the lack of oil supply on the surface of the friction pair, leading to abnormal wear or burn.

3. In the case of insufficient cooling water or cooling water, oil temperature is too high: diesel generator cooling water shortage will reduce its cooling effect, diesel engine due to not effective cooling and overheating; Cooling water, oil temperature is too high, will also cause diesel engine overheating.

4. After cold start, the machine will run with load without warming up: the diesel engine should run at idle speed after cooling and heating up, and then run with load when the oil temperature reaches more than 40℃; The machine should start with a low speed gear, and drive for a certain distance in each gear step by step, until the oil temperature is normal and the oil supply is sufficient, it can turn to normal running, otherwise it is easy to occur cylinder pulling, burning tile and other failures.

5. With load emergency stop or sudden discharge of load immediately stop: diesel generator flameout before unloading load, and gradually reduce the speed, no-load operation for a few minutes, otherwise diesel generator stop without idle cooling, will make the friction surface oil shortage, when the diesel engine will start again due to poor lubrication and wear.
